Cancellations and refunds

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Contact decorativetileshop@gmail.com promptly to request cancellation and confirm production status.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

We provide replacements only for tiles that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photographs of the tiles and packaging, including the shipping label if possible, to decorativetileshop@gmail.com.

Replacement shipping costs

We cover shipping for replacements when the problem is damage, a defect, or an incorrect item. Please contact us for instructions before sending any item back.
